• Two elements are required for true change: 1. What’s in it for them, and 2. Proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
• Your presentation of these elements is key.

Don’t be afraid to ask them how they’re doing.

• Ask them if they think about their loved one.
• Tell them how their loved one impacted your life.
